On 5 March 2025, the State Administration for Market Supervision (SAMSAR) organised an expert review meeting on the List of Typical Unfair Format Terms in the Consumer Sector. Yan Weiguo, a first-class inspector of the Department of Network Supervision of the General Administration of Market Supervision, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
