In order to celebrate the ‘March 8’ International Women's Day, enrich the spiritual and cultural activities of female lawyers, show the elegance of the new era of lawyers, and increase the cohesion and centripetal force of the team, in the afternoon of March 7, ‘She’ Lawyer Plan --On the afternoon of 7 March, the ‘She’ Law Project, organised by the Special Committee of Brand and Culture Construction of Garrick Law Firm, was successfully held. Wei Wei, a partner and member of the Committee of Brand and Culture Construction of Jiali Law Firm, acted as the host of the event.

Under the guidance of Mr Wei Wei, the attending lawyers spoke freely and shared their initial thoughts and visions of engaging in self-media. We had a lively discussion around the topics of self-media content creation, case acquisition, platform algorithms and so on.

Wei Wei, a lawyer, combined her own experience in doing self media to bring practical advice to everyone. She pointed out that the content published by self-media should have the four characteristics of ‘good-looking, useful, interesting and hot’, and emphasised that in the design of the title, whether it is the text title or the cover title, it should abandon the traditional thinking of lawyers, and be more close to life, so as to attract the attention of more potential readers.

At the same time, she also put forward specific development strategies and operational suggestions for different types of self media accounts, encouraging everyone not to be afraid of difficulties, not to set the starting point too high, and to persist in publishing content, and sharing some practical technical tips and tool applications.

Lawyers in the audience put forward their own understanding and confusion about self-publishing, including why do you want to do self-publishing, what are your goals, what should you do if you don't want to show your face, how much time do you need to invest, and so on, and we discussed and shared these issues. The atmosphere of the event was warm and cordial, lawyers learnt from each other, inspired each other, not only enhanced mutual understanding and friendship, but also gained full of knowledge and dry goods in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

In addition, the activity also set up a handmade rose texture painting session, which provided an opportunity for the attending lawyers to relax and release pressure.

During the activity, everyone gave full play to their creativity and created a rose texture painting full of personality. It not only enhanced the friendship between each other, but also added a touch of warm colour to this special day.
