From January 9 to 12, 2023, the Third Session of the Eleventh Zaozhuang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) was held at the Zaozhuang Convention and Exhibition Center. Sun Baiwen from Beijing JAVY's Zaozhuang branch attended and was commended as an Outstanding Municipal CPPCC Member for 2023. Mayor Zhai Jun presented him with the honor certificate.
Since becoming a CPPCC member, Sun Baiwen has actively participated in political discussions while excelling in his professional work. His proposals, such as "Suggestions on Standardizing Pre-Litigation Mediation Procedures" and "Suggestions on Standardizing Property Preservation Procedures," highlighted issues like "difficulty in preservation" and "long duration" in pre-litigation mediation. These received significant attention from the courts. The Zaozhuang Intermediate People's Court initiated actions to standardize property preservation procedures and launched a campaign to clear overdue pre-litigation mediation cases. His suggestions positively influenced court work and were included in the 2023 Zaozhuang Intermediate People's Court report. His recognition as an Outstanding Municipal CPPCC Member reflects his proactive role.
Sun Baiwen expressed that this honor is both an encouragement and a motivation, fully recognizing the work of Beijing JAVY's Zaozhuang branch.
