Jingmen Arbitration Commission
Established in 1998 by the Jingmen Municipal People's Government, the Jingmen Arbitration Commission is the city's sole civil and commercial arbitration institution, formed in accordance with the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant State Council directives. The commission comprises officials from municipal government departments, as well as experts and notable figures in law and economic trade.
