To thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important directives on philanthropy and to carry out the decisions and arrangements made at the 20th CPC National Congress and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee regarding charitable endeavors, the 10th China Charity Day event themed “Pooling Forces for Good, Creating a Better Life” was held at the Chaoyang District CPPCC Members' Home on the morning of September 5. Representatives from the District Charity Association and 43 subdistricts and towns attended the event.
