On the afternoon of September 14th, 2023, JAVY Law Firm hosted the "Notarial Practice Sharing Seminar (Part II): Focus on Financial Services" successfully at its E2 building. The event featured Beijing Jingsheng Notary Office's Assistant Director and Capital Market Department Head, practicing notary officer Xiang Yaping, alongside notary officer and Beijing Municipal People's Procuratorate People's Supervisor (concurrent) Zhang Zhipeng as keynote speakers. Over twenty lawyers attended in person, with the event also livestreamed on JAVY's online platform, attracting nearly a thousand viewers.

Xiang Yaping discussed "Notarization of Debt Document Enforcement and Practical Execution," emphasizing its role in financial risk management and its growing application in litigation. She detailed the process, criteria, and pitfalls of enforcement notarization, crucial in financial litigation risk control.

Zhang Zhipeng focused on "Notarial Assistance in Financial Risk Prevention and Business Operations," illustrating with five real case examples, such as contract notarization for mutual trust enhancement and risk prevention in financial transactions. His presentation integrated theoretical analysis with practical case studies, providing insights into handling non-standard financial transactions and enhancing evidentiary support in financial disputes.

The seminar fostered lively discussions on the complementary role of notarization in legal practices, enhancing lawyers' professional capabilities and laying a foundation for future legal services integration.
