Graduated from CUPL with a Master’s degree, Ms. Li has accumulated extensive experience in the criminal defense field, achieving acquittal, remand, and charges dropped in numerous criminal cases. She has publicized multiple academic papers, and provided legal counsel for many companies. Her specialized fields are criminal defense, compliance, dispute resolution.

Zhao Qiang Esq.

Graduated from PKU with a Master’s degree of Law, Mr. Zhao has extensive experience in civil and business litigation & arbitration, he has represented more than a thousand cases involving multiple types of contracts including BT contract, EPC contract, real estate sale contract, processing contract, loan contract, international & domestic sales contract, finance lease contract， guarantee contract, as well as personal injury dispute, labor dispute, shareholder dispute and international & domestic inheritance dispute. His specialized fields are dispute resolution, business arbitration, compliance, construction & infrastructure law.

Xue Jing Esq.

Ms. Xue graduated from Central University of Finance and Economics with a master’s degree of Law. She has provided legal counsel in numerous M & A, liquidation and IPO projects, produced multiple publications include On Commercial Law and Ethics, Research on the EUETS, Breakthrough and Inadequacy: On Dodd-Frank Act’s Compulsory Liquidation Reform of OTC Derivatives. Her specialized fields include dispute resolution & litigation, PE & investment fund, corporate/foreign direct investment.
