Despite the grim COVID situation in the last three years, JAVY Law Firm has achieved steady expansion. According to Zhihe, one of the leading legal media in China, during 2022, JAVY had maintained a whopping 209.2% growth rate in lawyers, the highest among Beijing law firms. As a result of the rapid growth, we decided to expand our office space.

On March 16^th, 2023, in addition to the E2 building where JAVY’s Beijing headquarters is located, we have rented the adjacent E1 building, which means our law firm now has now doubled its office space, totaling 6000 m². The expansion not only improves the working environment for our lawyers & staff, but also marks the rapid growth in the firm’s business.

The new E1 building features 5 floors, with three floors above ground, two floors underground. The building’s sections provide multiple functions, including independent offices, multi-functional office area, leisure area, business meeting room, archives room, printing area, dining area, tea room, and a coffee bar.

Independent Offices

There are 36 independent offices in E1 building, with excellent lighting & atmosphere, and opaque glass walls to create a private space, the interior furniture include bookcases, leather office chairs, writing boards for discussing cases, and ornamental bonsais, to suit for various needs for lawyers.

Office Cubicles

E1 building features nearly 100 office cubicles for lawyers and paralegals, those seats are provided for free according to our “practice at zero cost” policy.

Multi-Functional Meeting Room

The ground floor features a multi-functional meeting room which can hold more than 30 participants, with full set of advanced equipment to accommodate online meeting & live broadcast.

Dining Room & Leisure Area

The underground floor features multiple leisure areas, including a dining hall, a coffee bar, and tea rooms, perfect for leisure communications for lawyers, one may also bring clients to dine together.
