Mr. Guan has accumulated deep experience in civil, business and administrable law dispute resolution, especially on cases involving state-owned and collectively-owned property expropriation & transfer. He has developed unique insights on topics such as administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation, as well as government information disclosure. Mr. Zhang excels at offering practical solutions and effectively solving disputes for the clients.

Lu Jingjing Esq.  

Ms. Lu graduated from University of Exeter with a Master of Business Law degree.
