On Aug 29th 2022, JAVY held a party for our newly joined lawyers. The firm already has more than 200 lawyers (170+ licensed, 30+ trainee), as a means to promote our team solidarity and law firm culture, we hold such parties for new comers periodically.
The August party was presided by our CEO Li Min, attended by director Zhao Zenghai, as well as all recently joined lawyers and staff.
Mr. Zhao thanked the lawyers to choose JAVY as a brand new chapter in their career, he introduced to them about law firm’s friendly culture, as well as JAVY’s expansion plan to focus on hiring experienced lawyers, as well as young lawyers. Mr. Zhao mentioned JAVY’s efforts on boosting the law firm’s brand influence and professional service capacity. He hoped everyone will have a great time at JAVY and succeed in achieving new career goals.
The lawyers then took turns to introduce themselves and then started a warm discussion, they expressed their admiration and expectation of JAVY’s culture, and wished to contribute to the law firm’s advancement.
