Our grand annual gala for the year 2023 was held on March 29^th at the JW Marriot Hotel in Beijing, joined by more than 200 partners, associates and staffs, from JAVY’s Beijing headquarters and branch offices in Nanjing, Fuzhou, Dezhou, Zaozhuang, as well as the planning offices in Chongqing and Nanning, to celebrate exciting new milestones in our law firm’s development. The gala was hosted by attorneys Li Boyan, Wang Ying, Wang Zichang and Wei Wei.

The Past Year’s Achievements

JAVY’s director Zhao Zenghai began the gala by sending his best wishes for the firm and its people. Mr. Zhao mentioned the year 2022 marked the rapid growth of JAVY, we worked together to overcome mountainous challenges and achieved gratifying successes, in various fields such as law firm expansion, revenue, brand & marketing and social responsibilities.

With more than 200 lawyers currently, JAVY was ranked No.1 among 2022’s top 100 fastest growing law firms in Beijing with 209.2% growth rate. Mr. Zhao commended everyone at JAVY, and called upon our talents to be working together in 2023 again, for an even brighter future.

JAVY’s New Office in Beijing

Another exciting news announced at the gala is that JAVY has expanded its Beijing office, making the total office space almost 6000 square meters. All JAVY’s senior partners participated in the launching ceremony of the new office building to celebrate this remarkable moment.

Awards of the Year

To celebrate JAVY’s culture and commend our talents’ contribution to the firm’s growth in the past year, we have prepared two categories of awards: lawyers of the year 2022 and staffs of the year 2022. Director Zhao and executive director Ge Youshan awarded the medals to the winners.

A Visual and Auditory Feast

The attendees were entertained by amazing dancing, singing, orchestra, stand-up comedy and calligraphy performances, all performed by JAVY’s talented lawyers and staffs themselves, each performance cheered with excited laughs and applauds.

Exciting Live Draws

Each attendees was assigned a unique number which has a chance to win our carefully-prepared gifts including: IPads, cleaning bots, mountain bikes, printers, suit cases and mobile HDDs. More than a dozen lucky attendees were excited to win the above gifts via live draws.
