Q1 welcome lawyer Deng Xu to join the JAVY family. First of all, please briefly introduce your career, social position, honors and other information.
Lawyer Dengxu:
I graduated from Sichuan University with both bachelor's degree and master's degree, and successively obtained double bachelor's degree in biology and law and master's degree in procedural law. He has worked in the international cooperation service center of Civil Aviation Administration of China and the Department of personnel, science and education. In 2017, I began to enter the legal profession.

Q3What areas of legal services have you been committed to since your practice? What do you think are the difficulties in handling cases in this field? What did you think then? What impressed you?
Lawyer Dengxu:
Due to my experience in government work, I have been mainly engaged in administrative law, civil and commercial litigation and other businesses since my practice. I have provided special legal advisory services for Beijing local financial supervision and administration departments, provided legal services for the risk disposal of P2P online lending institutions, loan assistance institutions, virtual currency trading platforms and other institutions, and provided legal services for complaint reporting, government information disclosure, administrative reconsideration, administrative litigation and other work. I have also provided perennial or special legal advisory services for many government agencies and institutions, acting as an agent for administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation, providing legal advice for major government decision-making issues, reviewing and revising various contracts and providing written legal advice, and providing legal advice for public answers to government information. I have participated in the on-site inspection of online lending information intermediaries, financial guarantee companies, small loan companies, pawn companies, financial leasing companies and other financial institutions organized by the local financial regulatory authorities in Beijing. In terms of civil and commercial dispute resolution, I mainly represent contract disputes, labor disputes, tort disputes, and marriage and family disputes.
In terms of government legal affairs, lawyers should have high political consciousness and fully implement the spirit of the Party Central Committee in comprehensively ruling the country by law and building a country ruled by law. We will assist government agencies in further carrying out administration according to law and constantly improve the legitimacy and rationality of administrative acts. Lawyers should have political awareness and overall awareness. They should not only accurately grasp legal relations and strive for ideal litigation results, but also take into account social effects and government image.
In civil and commercial litigation business, we should mainly do a good job in case analysis and communication with customers. In the numerous and complicated cases, the legal relationship between legal subjects is abstracted, and the applicable law is accurately analyzed, so as to find out the scheme that is most beneficial to the parties. At the same time, the lawyer should also pay attention to showing the process of professional work to the client, so that the client can understand the lawyer's contribution and value.
Q4 what hobbies do you have after work? Is it influenced by occupation? Are these hobbies helpful to your career?
Lawyer Dengxu:
I usually like sports and reading. I have practiced swimming since I was a child. I have been a member of the college football team and basketball team during my college years. In 2019 and 2021, he won the football championship of Beijing Lawyers Association twice as a main player. He is also the vice captain of the Beijing alumni football team of Sichuan University. Through football, I gained friendship and made many sports loving lawyers and friends outside the legal circle. Lawyers are a high-intensity industry. Only with a strong physique can they better serve their clients.
Q5 what are your personal goals and regulations for the last three to five years
Lawyer Dengxu:
In the next three to five years, I hope to gradually improve my business ability, form my own advantageous field, serve more customers in need and become a partner of the law firm.
