Hello everyone, I am very happy to join Jiawei. After I graduated in 1996, I stepped into the first job of society, that is, in the grassroots court, a criminal talker. There have been no paperless office in that era, and the writing is completely recredient.Sometimes I wrote almost two thick of letter papers, just for opening big case court.There was not so many high-tech, information about things, but very painful will. In 2002, I entered the notary office due to the preparation of the reason. In this industry, it is 13 years. This is the world's youngest is also the strongest stage of understanding. It not only learns social interaction, it has improved personal literacy, but also experienced team management, and condensed the team's strength. In short, this is an important period of time in my life, benefiting a lot.

On the occasion of the year of the year, I have made a surprised decision, giving up the preparation and very good annual salary, and I have a good time to give yourself " Clear ", go hard to pursue the initial dreams, embarked on the legal career starting from the beginning, and this has passed quickly for 8 years.

Looking back, although I have already done 26 years in relation to legal jobs, many commendation, honor and recognition, but these will become the past. As far as lawyers work, I think I am still a new ‘soldier’, qualifications, and experience is slightly  shallow, and for me there is still a long way to go in the future.

My lawyer's career has just started, and there are many unfamiliar areas. They need to explore and learn. At the beginning of 2014, I set the direction and goal for entrepreneurs and consultants. After years of practice, I deeply feel the complexity of legal affairs, I feel that it is similar to the doctor's occupation, I need to give myself a professional direction, I am currently working hard.

Q4:What kind of lawyer you seem to be ? Do you have a more worship lawyer?

Regarding the issue of "excellent and worship", I think everyone's evaluation standard is not the same. Some people have a deep skill. Some people have strong ability to change. Some people have a leader, and some people have a righteousness. Feel enough ..., no matter how domestic, abroad, history, contemporary, lawyer industry has never lacks people who make us prosperous and worship, they all should be the example of my study. The "known law in the heart, the law" mentioned in my professional speech is the professional standard I have given myself!

Q5：What is your hobby? Is it affected by occupation? Can these hobbies help your career?

Lu Haiyuan Lawyer：

After work, First,I like swiming, fitness, skiing, travel, playing billiards, II I like to read some historical literature books, lawyers still need some active and healthy hobbies to relieve stress, I think these are all helpful for me.

Q6：What is your target plan for your personal last three to five years?

Lu Haiyuan Lawyer：

Working in Beijing, studying in Beijing, life is just beginning, the lawyer needs to slowly accumulate resources, gradually gain trust, step-on, one step a footprint, and strive to get the adoption of all levels of the society. I think a good reputation, the decent outlook on life, the way to the destination is the foundation of "Target Plan" and the basis of the water to the channel!
