Lawyer Yuan Jun, Master of Laws from Renmin University of China, also has the qualifications of patent attorney and fund practitioner. Practice Areas: Criminal Defense, Dispute Resolution and Litigation, Intellectual Property. Main practice experience: served as the defense of Mr.Yan  in the first instance and retrial of the original Kelon Electric Appliance Gu Chujun and others in the case of illegal disclosure, non-disclosure of important information, misappropriation of funds, and false declaration of registered capital.Mr.Yan was finally acquitted by the Supreme Court. This case was selected as one of the top ten criminal cases of the People's Court in 2019. In the case of Mr.Peng, the former vice president of sales of Qilu Securities, who acted as Peng Mou's defender in the case of illegally absorbing public deposits, Mr.Peng was finally exempted from criminal punishment after the case went through the first instance, the second instance, the first retrial, and the second retrial. Acted as the agent of the appellant Xiujie Company in the second instance of Mr.Wang, Beijing Xiujie Xinxing Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Meichao Group Co., Ltd. in the case of trademark infringement dispute.
