• Criminal cases
• 1. In the first instance and retrial of the case of false declaration of registered capital, misappropriation of funds, illegal disclosure, and non-disclosure of important information, Gu Yan Zhijun and others served as Yan Moumou's defender, and Yan Moumou was eventually acquitted by the Supreme People's Court. The case was selected as one of the top ten criminal cases of the people's court in 2019.
• 2. Wang Moumou, former vice president of sales of Qilu Securities Peng and others acted as Peng's defenders in the case of illegally absorbing public deposits, and after the first instance, second instance, retrial of the first instance, and second instance of the case, Peng was finally exempted from criminal punishment.
