Recently, the Communist Party of China Shandong Provincial Lawyers' Industry Committee issued the ‘Circular on the First Batch of “Four Strengths” Party Branches, “Four Excellences” Party Members, and “Four Outstanding” Party Affairs Workers in the Provincial Lawyers' Industry’. Hu Xiaoyan, Party Branch Secretary of JAVY Dezhou Branch, was honoured with the title of ‘Four Excellences’ Party Member.

As a Party member, Ms Hu Xiao-yan has consistently integrated her Party identity with her professional duties as a solicitor, bearing in mind her dual responsibilities. In her work, she has earned widespread recognition from clients through her meticulous and rigorous approach, coupled with outstanding professional competence, in vigorously defending their legitimate rights and interests. Furthermore, Ms Hu regards public service as a vital avenue for upholding the principle of serving the people through the rule of law, persistently organising public legal awareness campaigns to convey the warmth of the legal system.

This honour of being named a ‘Four Excellences’ Party Member represents both a high affirmation of Attorney Hu Xiaoyan's personal political integrity, professional competence, and sense of responsibility, and a recognition of the Party building work at the Dezhou branch. Attorney Hu Xiaoyan stated that she will continue to play a vanguard and exemplary role as a Party member lawyer, actively serving society and demonstrating through concrete actions the mission and responsibility of Party member lawyers in the new era.
