On January 6, 2024, the "2023-2024 Forum on Legal Service Innovation Products and the First Case Release Ceremony for Legal Service Innovation Products" was held in Beijing, hosted by the Lawyer Studies Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law. Over 200 winners, lawyers, representatives from legal technology companies, and media attended the forum from across the country. The forum, themed "Exploring New Trends in Legal Services, Co-creating a New Future for Industry Development," aimed to deeply analyze the development trends of the legal service market, comprehensively showcase and promote legal service products, summarize and promote advanced experiences in providing high-quality legal services, and enhance the core competitiveness of the legal industry.

At the forum, the "First Case Award for Legal Service Innovation Products" was announced. Senior Partner An Hongpeng of JAVY Law Firm's product "Consultation on Clean Governance and Compliance for Public Officials" was honored as the first nominee for the category of "Criminal Legal Service Innovation Products."

Wang Jinxi, Director and Professor of the Lawyer Studies Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law, provided an overview of the collection of innovative legal service product cases.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the legal profession in China has flourished, achieving new breakthroughs in the scale and maturity of the legal service market. To further explore innovative practices in the legal service products of the legal profession, identify outstanding cases of legal service products, and promote the advanced experience of providing high-quality legal services, the Lawyer Studies Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law launched a nationwide solicitation for innovative legal service products.

This case collection activity received widespread attention from the legal community. The organizing committee collected more than 600 product cases submitted by law firms, company public lawyer institutions, lawyer teams, individual lawyers, legal technology companies, and other legal service support platforms from 21 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions including Beijing, Shanghai, and Hebei. Expert judges organized by the organizers conducted multiple reviews and selected 97 selected cases, 61 nominated cases, and 2 special honor cases from hundreds of submissions.

"Consultation on Clean Governance and Compliance for Public Officials" is a unique legal service product created by An Hongpeng, aiming to utilize the professional skills of legal professionals to provide "physical examination-style" services for party discipline and regulations, addressing personal "ideological concerns" of public officials, and becoming an "advisory group" for discipline inspection and supervision departments at all levels. It assists public officials in self-examination and self-correction, avoids risks of disciplinary violations and illegal acts, and supports the operational work of discipline inspection and supervision departments at all levels, constructing a community of discipline and law work.
