On Children's Day 2023, the Chaoyang district authority has established the Youth Welfare Legal Consultation and Service Base, three lawyers from JAVY Law Firm, Tian Qiuying, Li Aishuang and Pei Xinyue were appointed by the authority as public interest lawyer to protect youth rights.
