On May 26th, 2023, Sun Bowen Esq. from JAVY’s Zaozhuang office was appointed as a public interest litigation volunteer by Yixin Weigong, an online platform hosted by the Supreme People's Procuratorate of China aims to serve public interest litigations, the volunteer term will be three years.
The public interest volunteers can utilize the Yixin platform to report issues that harm public interest such as environment pollution, ecology damage, food contamination, etc. They may also inspect the prosecutors’ work as a 3rd party supervisory agency to protect public interest.
JAVY has been dedicated to public welfare and pro bono work for many years, we believe strongly in the value of public service, and will continue to provide help for disadvantaged groups, to popularize the law, and provide viable solutions for legal aid & public welfare.
