On Aug 15th, 2022, our attorney Liu Rui received a silk banner from a client showing her deep gratitude for successfully representing her in a divorce lawsuit, the text reads: “The law can be relentless at times, but a helpful lawyer can always warm your heart”, showing the client’s high regard of Mr. Liu’s professionalism and meticulousness.
The client and her ex-husband had been married for decades before the lawsuit, however, a bitter infight rendered the couple enemies, resulting in a toxic relationship that affected everyone in the family, including their son and daughter-in-law, the divorce was finalized but neither party agreed on the property division scheme. Upon taking the case, Mr. Liu carefully examined the situation and worked out the best solution for the woman, which resulted in a satisfactory settlement between the two parties. After the court hearing, the client thanked Mr. Liu sincerely.
