On the afternoon of 30 March, the 2026 Annual Conference of the Four Associations was successfully held at Jingyuan Tower in Xicheng District, Beijing. Under the guidance of the Xicheng District Bureau of Commerce, the conference was organised by the Beijing Federation of Commerce and Service Industries (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Federation (Beijing)’) , the Xicheng District Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Xicheng District Association of Foreign-Invested Enterprises, and the Xicheng International Chamber of Commerce. Under the theme of ‘Uniting Forces for Development, Striving Together for the 15th Five-Year Plan’, the event aimed to build new bridges for government-enterprise collaboration, stimulate new momentum for industry development, deepen exchanges within the business services sector, foster consensus on high-quality development, and showcase the achievements of enterprises in the industry.

Zhao Cenghai, Vice President of the Business Federation (Beijing) and Director of JAVY Law Firm, was invited to attend. He joined numerous industry elites to discuss industry trends and contribute his wisdom and efforts to the sector’s high-quality development.

The conference was chaired by Huang Ying, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the Business Federation (Beijing) and Secretary-General of the Xicheng Association of Foreign-Invested Enterprises. Attendees included Yang Xudong, Deputy Director of the Xicheng District Bureau of Commerce; Cao Lei, Founder and President of the Business Alliance (Beijing) and the Business Alliance (International), as well as Honorary President of the Xicheng Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Xicheng Foreign Enterprises Association and the Xicheng International Chamber of Commerce; Xu Weidong, Legal Representative and Secretary-General of the Business Alliance (Beijing); Wang Lin, Assistant General Manager of the China National Convention Centre (the Supervisory Board Chair unit of the Business Alliance (Beijing)); and Zhang Rucheng, Vice President of the Business Alliance (Beijing), President of the Xicheng District Foreign Investment Association and General Manager of Beijing Yinglan Real Estate Co., Ltd.; Vice-Presidents of Business Alliance (Beijing): Li Jiming, General Manager of Zhongyi Accounting Firm Co., Ltd.; Xu Jingmei, Chairperson of Beijing Shanghejia Property Management Co., Ltd.; Song Xu, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Financial Security Industrial Park; Zhang Xiaoyue, Assistant to the President of Liananda International; Wang Jingzheng, Assistant to the President of Zhongjun Junhong Security Technology Group; Chen Jie, President of the Xicheng District Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, President of the Xicheng International Chamber of Commerce, and Director of the Business and Legal Department at China Electric Power Technology & Equipment Co., Ltd.; as well as specially appointed experts of the Beijing Business Federation: Wang Xuefeng, Professor at the Institute of Finance and Economics Strategy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Zhu Xiaoqing, Professor at the Beijing Academy of Governance; and Hu Ruochi, Director of the Research Centre at the University of International Business and Economics; together with over 90 participants, including member representatives and representatives from partner business associations.

This 2026 ‘Four Associations in One’ Annual General Meeting successfully established a solid platform for government-enterprise collaboration, industry synergy and resource sharing, uniting the four associations to form a powerful force in serving the real economy and promoting open development.
