  • JAVY and Green Shield Credit Services Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

    On 30 January 2026, JAVY Law Firm grandly hosted the ‘JAVY Global Headquarters Relocation and Strategic Launch 2026 New Year Reception’ in Beijing.

     

    During the event, JAVY formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Green Shield Credit Services (Beijing) Co., Ltd., marking a significant step forward in their collaboration within the fields of non-litigation dispute resolution and credit-related legal services.

    At the signing ceremony, JAVY Director/Chief Partner Zhao Cenghai and Green Shield Credit General Manager Wang Chen jointly attended and signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. This collaboration aims to drive innovation in legal services for the credit economy era through resource integration and complementary strengths, fostering a new ecosystem of integrity, efficiency, and mutual benefit in commercial contract fulfilment.

     

    Following the signing ceremony, Mr Wang Chen, General Manager of Green Shield Credit, presented JAVY Law Firm with a plaque designating it as a ‘Credit Co-construction Partner’, to resounding applause.

She announced the launch of the practical tool ‘Credit-Easy Collection’ for the legal profession, designed to provide robust support for solicitors handling debt recovery cases and enhance the efficiency and quality of legal services.
