Recently, Jiawei Law Firm enthusiastically responded to the call, forming the Jiawei Lawyers Team and Jiawei Lawyers Team II with lawyers both within and outside the firm. They participated in the 10th “Chaoyang Lawyers Cup” Badminton Tournament hosted by the Beijing Chaoyang District Lawyers Association, achieving multiple honors: The Jiawei Lawyers Team secured third place in the team competition, marking a breakthrough achievement; several participating members also won awards in individual events. These achievements stem not only from the active participation and tenacious efforts of all competitors but also from the collective dedication and teamwork of all members involved.

On September 29, to comprehensively review the competition experience, recognize outstanding players, foster industry exchange, and further strengthen team cohesion, JAVY law firm meticulously organized the “Shuttlecock Journey: Building Excellence Together” post-tournament networking event for the JAVY law firm Badminton (Combined) Teams. Attendees included Zhao Zenghai, Director of JAVY Law Firm; Cao Chunfang, Executive Director; Wei Wei, Chairperson of the Brand and Culture Development Committee and Partner; along with members of the JIA LAWYER Team and JIA LAWYER Team II.

Director Zhao Zenghai first extended a warm welcome to all team members and highly commended their outstanding performance in the badminton tournament. He emphasized that the spirit of sportsmanship and the spirit of the law complement each other, both embodying the pursuit of excellence and an indomitable spirit. During the experience-sharing segment, attorneys Zhao Qiang and Ning Qian, representing the competition participants, delivered insightful debriefing presentations.

Attorney Zhao Qiang stated that the outstanding results achieved in this competition were the product of the entire team's concerted efforts. During training, everyone worked in perfect harmony, and during the competition, they fought tenaciously. Every step laid a solid foundation for the ultimate award. He particularly emphasized that this award holds extraordinary significance and would not have been possible without the hard work of every team member. He hopes that everyone will continue to actively participate in such activities in the future and strive for even better results in subsequent competitions.

Attorney Ning Qian emphasized the importance of hard work and practice, as well as the crucial role played by team unity. He shared the various difficulties and challenges encountered during the competition, and how everyone overcame them through an indomitable sporting spirit. He thanked each team member for their support and dedication, believing that it was precisely this strong cohesion that made the team more united. At the same time, he encouraged everyone to communicate more and practice diligently outside of their daily work to collectively improve their badminton skills.

During the interactive exchange session, each lawyer took turns introducing themselves and engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including work, life, and badminton. Everyone spoke freely, creating a lively and harmonious atmosphere.

At the conclusion of the event, Director Zhao Zenghai and Executive Director Cao Chunfang personally presented awards to the participating team members, acknowledging and encouraging their outstanding performance in the competition. With the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, the firm thoughtfully prepared exquisite mooncake gift boxes for each participant.
