On January 16, 2025,JAVY Law Firm successfully held the first meeting of the Supervisory Committee for the year 2025, which was chaired by Ge Youshan, Director of the Supervisory Committee, and attended by Zhu Yuxian and Wang Yaoze, members of the Supervisory Committee. The meeting focused on the work duties and core tasks of the Supervisory Committee, laying a solid cornerstone for the long-term development of the firm.

Ge Youshan, Director of the Supervisory Committee, said that since the establishment of the Supervisory Committee, all the members have responded positively and quickly put themselves into the supervision and service work. In strengthening internal management, optimize service quality and other aspects of the initial and significant results.
The meeting discussed the future direction of the Supervisory Committee, and made it clear that it will focus on the central work of the firm, further deepen the reform of the internal management mechanism, and enhance the effectiveness of supervision. The Supervisory Committee will strengthen the communication and cooperation with all departments of the firm, and realize the double improvement of service quality and operation efficiency through concerted efforts. At the same time, the Supervisory Committee will also actively explore innovative supervision mechanisms, and strive to inject fresh vitality into the development of law firms and create a new management situation.
               
During the meeting, the participants also carried out in-depth exchanges and discussions on the internal management of law firms, service innovation, talent training and other aspects. The members expressed that they would support the development of the law firm with practical actions and work hand in hand to contribute to the enhancement of the overall competitiveness of the law firm.
