On January 12, 2025, the meeting of all partners of Beijing JAVY Law Firm was grandly held in Renaissance Beijing Jin Mao Hotel. The meeting gathered all the partners of JIA LAWYER Firm to review the work achievements of the past year and look forward to the future development direction, which injected new impetus and vitality for the sustainable development of the firm.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Zhao Zenghai, the director of JIA LAWYER. Mr. Zhao firstly made a report on the “2024 Work Report (Draft)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Report”) to the meeting of all partners. The Report introduced the work in 2024 from six aspects: party building work, improving governance structure, institutional development and performance, specialization and branding, growth of talent team, and fulfillment of social responsibility. The report points out that 2024 is a fruitful year for Jiali Law Firm. Under the leadership of the Party, the Firm was awarded the title of “Advanced Basic Party Organization” in Chaoyang District Lawyer Industry. The law firm implemented the four-in-one governance mechanism of deliberation, decision, execution and supervision from the top-level design, and established the organizational management structure and governance pattern consisting of the three-level decision-making mechanism of the All Partners Meeting, the Equity Senior Partners Meeting, and the Partners' Management Committee, with the Executive Committee led by the Management Committee as the executive body, and the Supervisory Committee as the supervisory body. It has set up the following committees: Specialized Committee on Legal Technology Application and Knowledge Management, Specialized Committee on Strategic Development, Specialized Committee on Partner Development and Appraisal, Specialized Committee on Risk Control and Prevention of Conflict of Interest, Specialized Committee on Coordination of Institutional Development, Specialized Committee on Practice Ethics and Discipline, Specialized Committee on Business Expansion and Innovation, Specialized Committee on Branding and Culture Building, and Specialized Committee on Human Resources. These nine specialized committees provide decision-making advice and orientation for the management committee of the law firm.
The Report also introduces that the firm has been ranked among the “ALB CHINA Top 15 Growing Firms” for four consecutive years, and has been ranked among the top 15 law firms in the field of “Commercial Disputes” in the China list of Benchmark Litigation, an internationally recognized legal rating agency, and among the top 15 law firms in the China list of IFLR1000. Four lawyers have been listed in LegalOne for four times, and have been selected in the lists of outstanding cases and outstanding female lawyers. Six lawyers have been listed in the Law Society's “Guide to Boutique Legal Service Brands (2024)”. The firm has also been actively involved in public welfare, and has been elected as a standing member of the Judicial Social Work Committee of the China Federation of Social Work, and the legal aid team has been awarded the honorary title of “Outstanding Seat on the 12348 Hotline Platform” for a series of times. These achievements and contributions have enhanced the brand value of the firm.
Afterwards, Executive Director Cao Chunfang made a report on the Draft Work Plan 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”) to the meeting of all partners. Director Cao introduced the development strategy and work objectives of the firm in 2025 from six aspects: strengthening the party building, improving the organizational structure construction, strengthening the talent team construction, business expansion and income generation growth, specialization and brand building, and digital construction of the firm, pointing out that 2025 is the sprint year for the firm to achieve the objectives of the first five-year plan, and that the firm could not achieve the objectives of the first five-year plan until it is courageous to reform and innovate, and to meet the changes brought to the field of legal service by new technologies by the concepts of sharing and collaboration. The only way to realize leapfrog development is to be bold in reform and innovation, and to embrace the changes of new technologies in the field of legal services with the concept of sharing and collaboration.
Director Cao also briefly introduced the construction of “Jia Lawyer Global Service Network” as the key goal of the firm in 2025, and the main content of “Jia Lawyer Global Service Network Platform Planning and Construction Program”. She said that “Jia Lawyers Global Service Network”, as a platform for lawyers' business collaboration and information sharing, will expand the new paradigm of collaboration in the legal service industry with an innovative service model and become an important booster for the development of the firm.

According to the agenda of the meeting, all the partners considered the Report and Plan, and all the partners affirmed and put forward their views and suggestions on the development of the firm, and also expressed their approval and support for the innovative initiative of “JIA LAWYERs Global Service Network”, and expressed their views on how to better promote the “JIA LAWYERs Global Service Network” and “JIA LAWYERs Global Service Network”. Finally, all partners voted to approve the Report and Plan. The meeting was successfully concluded in a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
