On November 7, 2024, the executive committee meeting of JAVY law firm was successfully held. Executive Committee members Zhao cenghai, Ge Youshan, Cao Chunfang, Wang Wenyong, Xu Fadong, Zhang Li, Tian Qiuying, Wei Wei, Wang Zichang and Ma Jia attended the meeting, which was presided over by Director Zhao cenghai.
At the beginning of the meeting, based on the decision of JAVY Partner Management Committee meeting on November 6, the personnel adjustment of the Executive Committee members was announced.
Then, Mr. Zhao cenghai elaborated on the responsibilities of the executive committee and made an in-depth analysis and layout of the next strategic development of the firm.
At the meeting, the members of the Executive Committee had a full exchange of views on the key areas of global legal service network, strategic development, risk control and prevention of conflict of interest, application of legal technology and knowledge management, coordination of institutional development, partner development and evaluation, practice ethics and discipline, business development and innovation, culture and branding, and human resources, etc., and made suggestions and proposals for the overall development of the firm.
The convening of this meeting demonstrated JAVY's firm determination and practical action to pursue high-quality development. Looking to the future, JAVY will move forward towards the long-term goal of large-scale development, and make every effort to promote the successful construction of JAVY's global legal service network.
