In alignment with the 20th National Congress and Xi Jinping’s legal principles, the "Double Expertise and Integration for Modernizing Grassroots Governance" project aims to enhance legal and practical skills, supporting the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy. On July 23, the Beijing Lawyers Law Research Association, along with various academic institutions, hosted a related seminar.

At the seminar, JAVY Law Firm was recognized for its outstanding legal services and contributions to social work, officially becoming a pilot unit for the "Double Expertise and Integration" project.

This initiative promotes the integration of legal services with grassroots governance by leveraging JAVY’s strengths. Through "double expertise," it aims to enhance legal services and grassroots governance. "Integration of resources" ensures efficient, professional legal services for grassroots communities, advancing legal, precise, and intelligent governance.

In December 2023, a seminar on social work in community conflict resolution led to the consensus on the collaboration between lawyers and social workers. By March 2024, the "Double Expertise and Integration" series was launched, establishing the foundational mechanism for this collaboration.

Combining the humanistic approach of social workers with the legal expertise of lawyers provides tailored advice and effective solutions. Integrating social work service centers and law firms fosters innovative research and service methods, breaking down industry barriers, promoting cross-field collaboration, and enhancing professional and comprehensive abilities for shared resources and mutual benefits.
