Gao Xinghua

Gao Xinghua holds a Master of Laws from Beijing Institute of Technology.

Practice Areas: Legal risk management, compliance, dispute resolution, litigation, family law.

Experience:

1. Participated in a long-term legal advisory project for a municipal subway company.

2. Engaged in corporate legal advisory projects for multiple state-owned enterprises and banks.

3. Represented a state-owned enterprise in construction contract disputes.

4. Represented a rural commercial bank in contract disputes, marriage and family disputes, and tort cases.

Luo Jingmei

Luo Jingmei graduated from Shenzhen University Law School and China Academy of Social Sciences Graduate School.

Practice Areas: Intellectual property, dispute resolution, litigation, antitrust and competition law, legal risk management.

Experience:

1. Three years of experience in intellectual property litigation, serving domestic and international clients. Achieved breakthroughs in franchise disputes and trademark administrative litigation.

2. Three years of experience in intellectual property agency, assisting domestic enterprises in securing trademarks for innovative products.

3. Five years of experience in legal compliance for large internet copyright companies, including business, investment, and financing operations.

Feng Qingqin

Feng Qingqin holds a Master of Laws from Hebei University of Geology.

Practice Areas: Dispute resolution, litigation.

Social Positions: Mediator at the SME Association Mediation Center, Senior Psychological Counselor, Construction Project Legal Consultant, Labor Relations Manager, Securities Practitioner.

Experience: With over ten years in legal practice, Feng Qingqin has accumulated profound legal expertise.
