We are thrilled to announce the addition of three outstanding lawyers to JAVY Law Firm: Huang Mengjun, Zhu Haitao, and Zhang Hongrui. Their extensive experience in legal risk and compliance, dispute resolution and litigation, criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy, labor law, and real estate will significantly enhance our firm's capabilities.

Lawyer Profiles

Huang Mengjun

· Education: Master’s in Economic Law, Yunnan University

· Areas of Practice: Legal risk and compliance, dispute resolution, criminal defense

· Experience: Formerly with a large accounting firm, Huang provided tax services for major enterprises and served as a legal advisor for large groups. He has significant experience in criminal compliance for private enterprises and complex civil and commercial disputes.

· Clients: Sina Group, Jinmailang Group, Everest Insurance, major banks including ICBC and Ping An Bank.

Zhu Haitao

· Education: Bachelor’s in Law, Hebei University; Master’s in Law, Minzu University of China

· Areas of Practice: Dispute resolution, family law, criminal defense, bankruptcy, labor law

· Experience: Over 20 years in notarization and judicial administration, Zhu has been a notary office director and deputy director of a judicial bureau. He has advised numerous administrative units and private enterprises on a variety of cases.

Zhang Hongrui

· Education: Bachelor’s in Law, China University of Political Science and Law; Master’s in Law, North China University of Technology

· Areas of Practice: Dispute resolution, labor law, real estate, family law

· Experience: Zhang has extensive experience in state-owned enterprises, handling bankruptcy cases, non-performing asset cases, and various legal disputes involving real estate and labor.
