Mr. Wang brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Shandong University, a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Xiangtan University, and a Master's Degree in Managerial Economics from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, he is well-equipped to handle complex legal matters.
With a focus on Legal Risk and Compliance, Mr. Wang also serves as the Deputy Director of the Beijing Lawyer Association's Environmental Resources and Protection Law Committee. His extensive practice experience spans civil and commercial law, economic law, environmental law, and cultural relics law, among others.
Since 2015, Mr. Wang has excelled in environmental legal services, leading and participating in numerous impactful cases. His achievements include pioneering public interest litigation for the protection of endangered plants, humanistic relics, and electric earthworms. Several of his cases have been recognized as guiding and typical cases by the Supreme People's Court and the High Court, highlighting his exceptional legal acumen and dedication to environmental protection.
In addition to his legal work, Mr. Wang actively promotes environmental awareness and supports various environmental protection initiatives. He also provides comprehensive services to ensure corporate environmental legal compliance, demonstrating his commitment to safeguarding environmental rights and interests.
