On October 31th, 2023, JAVY hosted a seminar on FMCG corporate compliance, lectured by our lawyer Ding Yufang Esq., joined by more than a dozen of lawyers and professionals. The seminar was also streamed live online, viewed by thousands of people concurrently, and received almost 60k upvotes.
Ms. Ding focused her lecture on the following aspects: 1. production & procurement. 2. Logistics & warehousing. 3. Sales. 4. Branding. 5. Operations. Which covered all processes of the manufacturing chain. As Ms. Ding pointed out, compliance is the systematic and reasonable risk-prevention mechanism for corporations. She used real cases to illustrate her points and analyzed the risks of various processes in the production, she also explained in detail on how to identify and assess the risks, as well as the essential legal tips for entrepreneurs. The lecture was well-received by the participants.
