On October 30th, 2023, JAVY Law Firm hosted a meeting organized by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of local Financial Regulation and Supervision, and co-hosed by China Vegetable Marketing Association and China Communication Industry Association, joined by nearly 100 experts and professionals from dozens of enterprises, banks and institutions.
JAVY’s director Zhao Zenghai Esq. welcomed the guests and expressed JAVY’s commitment to deepen the collaboration between banks and enterprises under legal framework.
Nie Xiaohui from Beijing Municipal Bureau of local Financial Regulation and Supervision expressed the bureau’s commitment to connect the enterprises and financial institutions, to solve problems such as miscommunication, information asymmetries and incomplete systems. He hoped the experts and elites can join hands to promote the development of the agriculture industry.
JAVY’s senior partner Wang Xinyi Esq. presided the meeting and hoped it may serve as an opportunity to promote the healthy development of the real economy.
Officials from the CVMA, CCIA and China Today Forum all took the floor to talk about industry development, digital economy and innovations. More than a dozen of industry leaders and experts also gave speeches to talk about the future integration of digital tech and agriculture.
The speakers then joined a lively discussion and answered various questions from the audience. The meeting formally established a platform to allow banks and enterprises to cooperate and revitalize the agriculture industry.
