The Union of Beijing Business Services (UBBS) hosted its 10th summit at Shougang Park, Shijingshan, to explore digital & smart technology’s impact and application on business services. The summit was joined by more than 100 industry leaders to share their insights and visions. JAVY’s director Zhao Zenghai Esq. was invited to the meeting and gave lecture on law firm digital transformation strategy.
As Mr. Zhao pointed out, the digital transformation of law firms is the inevitable trend of the times, the benefits include: 1. Realize strategic innovation for law firms. 2. Improve management efficiency. 3. Increase the revenue. 4. Transform the law firm via data analysis.
Using JAVY Law Firm as example, Mr. Zhao explained that the digital transformation of law firms usually undergoes the following 4 phases:
1. Technological innovation

Mr. Zhao concluded that the digital transformation should be promoted by the law firm in a unified manner, and spans across the whole organization and its functions, implement via strategies and operations, thus to achieve leap-forward development for the firm.
