On August 18, the "Notarial Practice Sharing Session (I) - Marriage and Family" was successfully held at the JAVY Law Firm's E2 building. He also covered will and inheritance notarizations, noting an increase in notarial wills since the implementation of the Civil Code.
Jiang Ruoran detailed other common civil and commercial notarizations, such as those in daily affairs, rights protection, financial investments, and labor disputes. She highlighted the pervasive role of notarization from "cradle to grave," essential in both personal and institutional contexts.
The interactive session was rich in content, with Jiang Ruoran addressing practical difficulties and confusions in notarial practice, emphasizing the complementary and integrative roles of notarial and legal services. The event was highly praised by participating lawyers.
