On July 22nd, 2023, the Dezhou Young Entrepreneurs Association held a seminar at JAVY Law Firm’s Dezhou branch, as a part of the association’s legal service program to help the entrepreneurs achieve their goals, the meeting was joined by the association’s president, vice president, local officials and more than 30 association members.
Liu Yaqi Esq., director of our Dezhou office, showed the participants around the law firm, he introduced the guests about JAVY’s culture, management and brand. The officials hoped the legal service program will serve as a substantial part of Dezhou’s public legal service system, today’s seminar at JAVY will mark the first step of the program.
As the lecturer, Mr. Liu shared his analysis and insights on the newly released Company Law draft, he talked about the background and hotspot issues relating to the new regulation. The lecture was well received by the entrepreneurs.
