On July 26th, 2023, JAVY Law Firm held a seminar on human resource compliance, with our partner Tian Qiuying Esq. as the lecturer, joined by more than a dozen of lawyers. The seminar was also streamed online live and viewed by thousands of people.
Ms. Tian’s lecture focused on the following points: the background and the concept of compliance, the core content of HR compliance, case study, and how to build HR compliance framework.
Ms. Tian used classic examples of HR dispute in recent years to emphasis the importance of corporate rules and regulations. She suggested the corporate should focus its efforts on the following aspects: 1. Risk assessment. 2. Rules and regulations framework. 3. Document management. 4. Operations management. 5. HR dispute resolution.
Ms. Tian answered questions form the participants after the lecture, the seminar was well received by the audience.
