Recently, On GDPR Cross-border Data Compliant Practice, a new book co-authored by JAVY lawyers Zheng Xiaozhe Esq. and Lu Jingjing Esq. has been published by Capital University of Economics and Business Press.
The book has discussed the framework of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as well as its potential impact on China’s Personal Information Protection Law and future laws.
The most important feature of this book is that it combines introduction of GDPR and practical knowledge on compliance, offering actionable advices for business owners that involve cross-border data in their business operation, and aims to help enterprises to increase their compliance capabilities.
