Graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree, and Capital University of Economics and Business with a master’s degree, Mr. Wang has accumulated extensive experience in the criminal defense field. He has achieved acquittal, remand, and charges dropped in numerous criminal cases, including insider trading litigations for various public company executives, corruption cases for public officials, and many other high profile criminal cases.

Wei Wei Esq.

Graduated from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics with a master’s degree of economic law, Ms. Wei has extensive experience in business litigation & arbitration, she has represented several high profile & high risk cases including: a securities misrepresentation dispute involving a public company in Beijing, an embezzlement case involving a securities company with hundreds of millions yuan in dispute, an equity acquisition project for a Netherlands company, and many more.

Cai Lei Esq.

Mr. Cai graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor’s degree of Law. He has published works on the legal risks of private investment and financing. Mr. Cai has extensive knowledge in the PE & investment fund field, his notable representations include: multiple high-value real estate development projects, industry fund projects for local governments, and bankruptcy reorganization projects for multiple public companies. He has also served as legal counsel for numerous public companies, as well as new energy/tech companies.
