Recently, JAVY’s Li Guang Esq. received a silken banner from a client for thanking his excellent work.
The banner praised Mr. Li’s “Protecting People’s Rights, Advocating Equality & Justice”, sent from Mr. Song.
The case involved a land-lease dispute, where Mr. Song leased his agricultural land to Wang, however, Wang started construction on the land illegally and let his workers reside in the buildings. Mr. Song tried to reason with Wang but the latter refused to change, so Mr. Song sought help from lawyers.
Mr. Li advised Mr. Song to sue Wang and terminate the contract, as well as forcing Wang to pay the rent. With Mr. Li’s help, the court supported almost all Mr. Song’s claims, the judgment was later upheld by higher court.
