Graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor’s degree of Law, Ms. Sun has accumulated extensive experience since she became a lawyer in 2007, focusing on fields including banking & financial law, dispute resolution, business arbitration & mediation, compliance, etc.

Social Titles: arbitrator at Beihai Arbitration Committee, member of banking & financial law research committee.

Experience: Ms. Sun’s clients not only include banks, trust companies and asset management firms, but also large state-owned enterprises and public companies. She has numerous successful representations in the financial, corporate, land & mineral, construction & real estate fields throughout her 15 years of practice. In the last 4 years, the total amount in dispute of her represented cases exceeds 25 billion RMB, with 8 exceeding 1 billion and 25 between 100 million and 1 billion RMB.
