Recently, the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association has held a council meeting in Shandong, JAVY’s partner Ma Benyuan Esq. was invited to give a lecture on the changes of the new regulation about mining rights transfer.
Mr. Ma explained to the participants about the changes of the newly released Regulation for the Collection of Proceeds from Transfer of Mining Rights (AKA document 10), as well as examine the logic relation between the new regulation and the old law (AKA document 35). He pointed out that the amendment in document 10 is a necessary revision to the flaws of document 10, as well as its possible impact on the whole mining industry.
