Ms. Sun’s lecture, titled “A Legal Inquiry into Contract Practice”, aimed to prevent various legal risks arising from contracts, the lecture focused on the rights & obligations for both parties, performance of the contract, consequences of breach of contract, as well as dispute resolution, each part was illustrated with teal cases, to provide better understanding about contract law for the listeners.
