We are delighted to announce that two more lawyers, Yu Xinhui and Zhang Lingling has joined JAVY as associates. Mr. Yu has extensive experience in areas such as criminal defense, dispute resolution, labor law, construction & infrastructure law. Ms Zhang has deep experience in areas such as criminal defense, dispute resolution, construction & infrastructure law and family law.

Yu Xinhui

Mr. Yu graduated from Shandong University with a bachelor’s degree of Law.

Specialized Areas: Criminal Defense, Dispute Resolution, Labor Law, Construction & Infrastructure Law.

Practice Experience: Focused on corporate litigations, Mr. Yu exhibits excellent capability in solving complex & difficult cases, such as corporate governance, enterprise restructuring, equity & shareholder dispute, as well as risk prevention & business arbitration. His notable cases include: restructuring of Zaozhuang Municipality Construction Company, real estate project of Yihe Group’s Zaozhuang Mateials Supply Co., Ltd., due diligence for joint venture project of Zaozhuang Bayi Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and Jinan Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and many more, risk assessment report for Zaozhuang Mineral Group’s power grid renovation project.

Zhang Lingling

Ms. Zhang graduated from Chongqing University with a bachelor’s degree of Law.
