2022 Newly Joined Young Lawyers Assistance Policy

In order to vigorously introduce young lawyers (lawyers under the age of 40) and help them grow up quickly on the road to lawyers' practice, JAVY has specially formulated the "2022 Newly Joined Young Lawyers Assistance Policy", and young lawyers will be settled according to the "Performance Assessment Measures". Upon individual application and approval by the Management Committee, the minimum annual personal disposable income standards for young lawyers are as follows: 

¥150,000, lawyers with a doctor of law;

¥100,000 ,LLM lawyers;

¥60,000, other young lawyers.

(We are expecting with those lawyers who have served as judges and prosecutors, with the approval of the management committee, can apply for the same standards as lawyers with a master of law.)
