On December 28, 2021, the "Road to the Growth of Young Lawyers" symposium was successfully held in the JAVY Lawyer Building, and the deputy director of the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association Applicant Lawyer Practitioner Management Assessment Committee-Lawyer Cheng Xuan as the guest speaker Delivered a wonderful speech. Lawyer Cheng Xuan particularly emphasized that young lawyers must have a sense of integrity and professionalism, impress clients with a diligent professional attitude and responsibility, and win their respect. They must also consolidate their own legal business foundation and develop rigorous work habits. Always keep in mind the mission and social responsibilities that Beijing lawyers should shoulder, strictly implement their own compliance awareness with higher standards, and move forward courageously on the road of future practice. In the end, Lawyer Cheng Xuan recommended many books of criminal law and civil law to share with lawyers.
