Recently, JAVY Law Firm entered into a long-term legal advisory service contract with the All-domain Data Information Security Key Joint Laboratory, the nation's first provincial-level benchmark platform in the field of data security. All-domain Data Information Security Key Joint Laboratory

With the rapid advancement of information technology, data security has become a vital component of national security. Against this backdrop, the Jilin Provincial All-domain Data Information Security Key Joint Laboratory was formally established on 19 July 2024, marking the nation's first provincial-level benchmark platform in the data security domain. The laboratory undertakes the national cybersecurity strategic mission, dedicated to overcoming bottlenecks in critical common technologies, establishing an autonomous and controllable technological framework, and safeguarding the security of Party and government organs alongside critical information infrastructure.

Led by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and supported by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the laboratory is developed through the Jilin Provincial JiGui Omni-domain Data Technology Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. Focusing on data security technology research and development of autonomous and controllable technologies, the laboratory is dedicated to advancing digital security networks across six major sectors including low-altitude economy, data-driven healthcare, and national defence education, while cultivating distinctive industrial ecosystems. By collaborating with research institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and military resources, the laboratory plans to establish provincial branches, deepen Belt and Road technological cooperation, and provide technical support for the national cybersecurity defence system.
