• 10 Harvest Capital and Shanghai Urban Real Estate launched the first commercial real estate PE (Private Equity Investment) product in the public offering industry. The Investors held equity through participation in the Harvest Capital Rongrui Urban World Trade Series, a subsidiary of Harvest Capital, Special Asset Management Plan (hereinafter referred to as “Harvest World Trade”),.The Harvest World Trade Asset Management Plan requires a financing scale of 1.19 billion yuan. The Harvest World Trade Asset Management Plan is used to acquire the World Trade Building located in the Shanghai Bund Financial and Trade Zone. The acquisition adopts a debt-based equity transfer method to obtain a total of 100% equity of Shanghai Shenghui Investment Management Company from the counterparties of Morgan Stanley and Shanghai Guosheng Group. After the renovation is completed, the World Trade Center will become one of the top office buildings in the surrounding area.
• 11 During the working period of Tingrui Group, the Group completed the acquisition of the Hankou Machangjiao residential project (Tingrui Times) and the Tingrui New Hankou residential project, and arranged a development loan from Bank of China for the Tingrui Center project, and at the same time acquired with other shareholders in Hong Kong Obtained a financial license to carry out overseas business.
