The acquisition adopts a debt-based equity transfer method to obtain a total of 100% equity of Shanghai Shenghui Investment Management Company from the counterparties of Morgan Stanley and Shanghai Guosheng Group. After the renovation is completed, the World Trade Center will become one of the top office buildings in the surrounding area.
