Main Practice Experiences

• Lawyer Yang Lige has been working at a branch of the Beijing Public Security Bureau since graduating from Public Security University, responsible for criminal and economic crime investigations within his jurisdiction. Due to the relatively small permanent population in the jurisdiction, the majority of factories and enterprises, and the higher incidence of economic crimes compared to other districts and counties in this city, I have considerable experience in related types of cases.
• As of February 2018, Lawyer Yang Lige has been responsible for, handled, and participated in the cracking of nearly a hundred criminal and economic cases (such as embezzlement, bribery of non-state employees, contract fraud, illegal absorption of public deposits, etc.), contributing to the maintenance of China's socialist market economy order and the stability of the business environment of enterprises within the jurisdiction.
• Afterwards, I worked in the Economic Investigation Brigade for more than three years, specializing in tax related and special operations, as well as economic crime investigations involving the production and sale of counterfeit value-added tax invoices, sales of counterfeit trademark goods, and production and sale of counterfeit registered trademarks. After years of public security work, Lawyer Yang Lige is familiar with the procedures and regulations of judicial organs in handling cases, and has rich experience in criminal cases and litigation.
