1. In the case of Bai Moumou v. Wang Moumou et al. 2. In the case of Li Moumou v. Su Moumou et al. Motor Vehicle Traffic Accident Liability Dispute, the traffic liability exceeded the compulsory insurance, and some courts finally ruled that the other party bore 70% of the liability - (2022) Lu 1403 Minchu No. 367, (2022) Lu 14 Min Zhong No. 1847;
