1. Henan Greenland Plaza Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. represented Henan Greenland Plaza Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in a dispute between Zhejiang Zhongtian Decoration Group Co., Ltd., Zhongtian Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Zang Jin in a labor subcontract dispute. After several rounds of on-site investigation, appraisal and negotiation, the case was finally closed through mediation, striving to reduce the loss of 18 million yuan for the company;
2. Henan Greenland Plaza Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. represented Henan Greenland Plaza Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in a dispute over the housing sales contract with Tian Hongjuan, Ge Huimin and others. In this case, after the delivery of the landmark twin towers in Zhengzhou, a large number of owners believed that the houses delivered by the company were inconsistent with the previous advertisement, and believed that the delivery was in breach of contract, and the owners represented by Tian Hongjuan, Ge Huimin and others took the lead in filing a lawsuit. After many efforts, the court finally ruled to dismiss his claim, avoiding subsequent lawsuits for breach of contract by a large number of owners;
3. Liu Guoliang and 319 other households sued Henan Hongtian Real Estate Co., Ltd. in the dispute over the sale contract of commercial housing, representing Liu Guoliang and other 319 owners. This is the first batch of large-scale owners in Zhengzhou to sue for breach of contract in delivery, and when handling the cases, it assisted the Zhengzhou Intermediate People's Law and the People's Court of Zhongmu County of Henan Province to formulate a detailed judgment consideration basis based on market conditions, and formulated detailed measures on whether and how to deduct the delay caused by bad weather, policy regulation, college entrance examination, etc., and this internal discretionary rule is applicable to civil disputes related to overdue delivery in various jurisdictions of Henan Province after that;
4. In the case of contract dispute between Fangcheng Branch of Henan Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. and Wu Shugang, he represented Fangcheng Branch of Henan Radio and Television Network Co., Ltd. When taking over the case, the client believes that the chances of winning the case are very small. After many efforts, the arbitrator finally determined that the agreement was a policy acquisition and had special characteristics, recognized the unrealizable payment terms stipulated in the agreement as the main content of the agreement, and ruled to reject the other party's arbitration claim.
5. Represented China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. in the construction contract dispute case between China Construction Seventh Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. and Weihai Kaitai Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd., actively collected evidence in the case, inquired about legal regulations, and finally successfully prevented the project cost appraisal, and calculated the price in accordance with the contract, avoiding the premium loss that may be caused by the cost appraisal for the client;
6. China Construction Seventh Bureau Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Jingdian Steel Structure Co., Ltd. acted for China Construction Seventh Bureau Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. in the construction contract dispute between China Construction Seventh Bureau Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., in this case, due to problems with the design drawings, resulting in the demolition and reconstruction of the completed steel structure, and the two parties had a dispute over the responsibility for the accident. 7. Zhang Zongheng v. Henan Yuanfa Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd. and Guo Xueqi in the case of recovery rights for Zhang Zongheng; In this case, when I approached the case as an agent, Zhang Zongheng had already sued the court, and the subject of the lawsuit was wrong, but the judgment had already taken effect, and the lawsuit against Henan Yuanfa Labor Service Co., Ltd. was dismissed in the judgment, because the subject who was judged to be liable in the judgment was dead and had no property to inherit, and the labor service fee claimed by Zhang Zongheng could not be paid. After representing the case, I communicated and cooperated with the original judgment enforcement judge to collect evidence, investigated and collected evidence from Henan Yuanfa Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd., and finally re-sued on the grounds of the right to recover, and realized the recovery of the labor service fees of 20 migrant workers. Zhang Zongheng was very satisfied with the lawyer's work and presented the pennant to the lawyer;
8. Song Shuwen and the People's Government of Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City and the third person Song Shuilin revoked the administrative agreement, represented Song Shuwen, and the entire litigation procedure lasted more than two years from information disclosure to revocation of administrative acts. The litigation was used to promote mediation, and finally the parties reached a settlement, and won 50% of the overall compensation benefits for the demolition and relocation.
